Qualifications

NOTE:  You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as overseeing or coordinating the activities of the continuous improvement program and lean management system; evaluating programmatic or operational efficiency; and leading strategic and/or annual planning for an organization. Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: Skill in program management. Knowledge of lean management techniques. Knowledge of continuous improvement methods. Skill in oral communication. Skill in written communication. Ability to train employees. Skill in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
