You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE.
Duties
You will direct, coordinate, and oversee work of supervisors.
You will manage the overall planning, direction, administration, and execution of the Department's programs.
You will direct broad, encompassing, analytical efforts upon which supply program, policy, procedural and system determinations are defined.
You will plan and direct work to be accomplished by subordinates in an environment with continually changing workload and priorities.
Requirements

- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying mastery knowledge of Navy logistics, principles, concepts, regulations, polices and relevant precedent decisions to perform key decision-making and policy development responsibilities in very difficult assignments; 2) Applying a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessing and improving program effectiveness; 3) Preparing and presenting briefings regarding mission status and operations to senior level management; 4) Applying working knowledge of various information technology systems utilized in ILS support.
