This position serves as a Community Engagement Officer (CEO) for the Office of Airports (ARP), in the Regional Airport Divisions (ADO). This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the ARP related activities necessary to deliver an effective community outreach program primarily in support of ARP objectives and the Regional Administrator's Office.
Duties
In addition, the incumbent provides similar noise related support to other ARP regions located within their respective Service Areas.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
- Interviews: If the agency decides to interview any qualified employee on the selection list, then all on the list who are qualified must be interviewed
Qualifications
To qualify at the FV-I level, you must demonstrate in your resume specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience coordinating community outreach activities with internal/external stakeholders.
