About the Position: The Supervisory Training Instructor position is located at Madigan Army Medical Center, JBLM, WA.

Duties

Execute short, mid and long range planning for medical treatment facility training program. Provide supervisor with recommendations to improve medical treatment facility training program Review policies and/or regulations for changes to medical treatment facility training programs. Recommend personnel for hiring, promotion, reassignments and/or disciplinary actions. Provide organization personnel with training enrollment assistance. Ensure compliance with training management systems.

Requirements

• This position may have a TDY or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Immunization screening may be required.
