Duties
Serves as a Strategy and Integration Analyst and reports to the J6 Chief of Staff.
Responsible for receiving and propagating all Task Management Tool (TMT) and Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) assignments within the J6.
Tracks and monitors completion ensuring content of tasker products are quality, accurate, complete, timely, and comply with established parameters and directs changes, as necessary.
Reviews projects and reports for consistency with policies, compliance with procedures and regulations, technical adequacy, timeliness, and effective utilization of resources.
Identifies operating problems, conflicting priorities, program deficiencies, and potential problem areas.
Follows up with ESA Directors and staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned TMT and CATMS taskers and facilitates development of corrective or preventive measures to obtain desired results.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Strategy and Integration Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in- grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Analyzes a variety of sensitive issues concerning policy, administration, and procedures, particularly those requiring review and coordination across major functional lines.
Develops efficient processes and procedures to continually review and assesses the impact of new administrative policy directives, regulations, and procedures issued from senior leadership.
Ensures the efficiency of operations and the accomplishment of mission and support by identifying areas of enhancements. Interprets and assesses the impact of Congressional actions upon strategic and operational planning particularly when such information has cross-functional impacts.
Identifies statutory requirements and congressional recommendations, suggestions, reporting requirements and requests for reports.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
