This position is located in the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response, Division of Program Management, Policy Development and Analysis Staff. The supervisor is Michael Lee. This position is Non Bargaining Unit. This position is not subject to Confidential Financial Disclosure reporting requirements. This position is not subject to security ownership restriction reporting requirements.

Duties

The successful candidate will perform the full range of Senior Management and Program Analyst duties.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: 1. Demonstrated practical knowledge of NRC Human Capital and/or Budget Operations. 2. Demonstrated foundational understanding of IT Tools, Data Organization, and Data Visualization. 3.  Demonstrated project Management & People Skills. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as: direct work involvement in supporting federal agency budget and/or human capital functions to the extent that the candidate has demonstrated the ability to successfully navigate unique laws and regulations to deliver operational success in these areas. Examples include managing the agency’s award budget, performing fee validation for an organization, developing staffing plans, developing reports that address Congressional Requirements, and creating data analytics tools connected to authoritative sources to automate responses to regular data calls from internal and/or external stakeholders.
