Duties

You will serve as the Contract Management Support Officer (CMSO) in the IMCOM Pacific Directorate (ID-P), G8 Resource Management Division. You will engage with ID-P and Garrison staff principals and other key managers in IMCOM’s Acquisition Planning and Program Management (APMP) review and reporting process. You will manage IMCOM Pacific’s service contract requirements, analyze and evaluate functions and activities being considered for in-sourcing and coordinate offload approval memoranda. You will be responsible for assignments involving procurement planning and procurement program execution activities for projects within the overall procurement program of installation support services requirements. You will collect quantitative and qualitative data in significant areas relating it to procurement and contract operations.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
