Duties
You will support test team lead with flight, ground and lab test planning and execution.
You will assist with planning and executing transportations plans in support of test objectives to ensure proper assets/equipment are in place and operating in accordance with local and external security policies.
You will maintain inventory of required files, logs, records library and equipment warehousing.
You will analyze, work through, and solve complex issues when dealing with customers and stakeholders to ensure operational needs are met.
You will support trouble shooting of communication security test equipment.
You will provide administrative and program support relative to security and practices, procedures, and directives to instruct, inspect, and assist personnel on the handling and safeguarding of COMSEC material.
Requirements

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
DA-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (DA-01) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the ability to: 1) Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) Plan and organize work; and 3) Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning and executing transportations plans; 2) Solving complex customer issues; 3) Maintaining inventory of required files, logs, records library and equipment warehousing; and 4) Providing administrative and program support relative to security and practices, and procedures.

Education
In lieu of specialized/general experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
DA-2:
4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience
DA-3:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
LL.B. or J.D., if related to the position
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
