You will serve as a LMR PROGRAM MANAGER for AOR's in the EASTERN /WESTERN CONTINENTAL AOR of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Position is assigned to the Training, Education & Professional Division, CNI and ideal for employee's seeking strategic broadening in Prog. Mgt.
Temporary promotions may be extended up to 5 yrs at the discretion of management and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Temporary actions taken under this announcement may be made permanent without further competition.
Duties
You will recommend and deliver strategies that yield a meaningful and dynamic experience and are appropriate for multiple audiences.
You will review, tests, and implements local system upgrades or changes, and documents the process, results, and outcomes.
You will develop and maintain policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), best practices, and guidelines for the LMS.
You will develop and deliver training material to customers on the functionality and processes tied to the LMS.
You will identify, troubleshoot, and resolving problems with course design, configuration, or infrastructure and elevating issues were appropriate.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating the ability to envision and collaboratively lead large-scale programmatic workforce development initiatives from inception through sustainment which affect a large and geographically dispersed workforce; 2) Implementing innovative change in the delivery of training and performance support to the agency's workforce and supports the implementation of new learning technologies through establishing, maintaining, updating, and adhering to agile processes; 3) Providing advice in the area of training, learning and/or human resources/capital development as it relates to recording, coordinating, organizing, tracking, and reporting enterprise-wide learning activities; and 4) Facilitating significant customer driven, results oriented quality and process improvement activities using various Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) strategies, as appropriate across the command.
