Duties
You will serve as an Area Planner, review and provide updates to Basic Facility Requirements (BFR's), Facility Planning Documents, and implement DoD Constuction requirements, force protection, and fire protection requirements.
You will manage Class I and Class II Real Property (land and facilities) Real Property Management.
You will update and maintain the Base Wide Master Plan, Base Exterior Architectural Plan (BEAP), and Area Cantonment Plans.
You will maintain up to date Facilities Support Requirements, Bachelor Housing Requirements, Tenant Listings, and Cantonment Area Development Plans.
You will gather pertinent factual and statistical data to prepare reports and/or briefings as required.
Requirements

- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: facility planning and management of work requests, developing and processing required panning documents for a large organization; and reading construction drawings, maps and construction scopes of work.
