Duties

You will coordinate interviews and site visits with the Planner and tenant units, tracks contractor information requests, and records proceedings for all site visits and interviews. You will provide support through research of data on previous project costs, previous facility studies and previous project scopes. You will support the planner in preparation of future facilities programs and projects by the gathering of facility condition index data, current deficiency statics, tenant requirements or previous submissions for projects. You will support the planner in development of annual constructions programs, minor construction and major repair projects. You will have knowledge of construction plans, including the ability to read and understand blueprints, sufficient math skills related to calculate distances, building areas, airfield safety clearances, and record capital improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications

GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: provide support to the Planner in development of annual construction programs through research data on previous project costs, facility studies, and project scopes. GS-08: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assist in the support of developing facilities requirements and prepare documentation for submittal with annual project construction programs and to update and maintain all facility records.
