The position is located on the Planning and Evaluations Team, Office of Planning and Customer Experience in the Bureau of Administration's Directorate of Planning Resources and Innovation (A/PRI/PCX).
Duties
Manages and develops communications channels, strategies and deliverables, including the dissemination of timely information across the Bureau and to stakeholders of Bureau programs.
Leads select enterprise communications projects/activities, including internal and external communications campaigns and modernization of organizational communications capabilities.
Facilitates events with communications professionals across the Bureau, including learning sessions, discussion forums, and collaborative practice.
Establishes and maintains effective communications and demonstrate a high level of service to program teams within the Bureau as well as other offices throughout the Department.

- Incumbent will be subject to random drug testing.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Creating and executing communications strategies and plans to serve diverse audiences.
Managing an editorial calendar to ensure timely and organized delivery of communications across various platforms and stakeholders.
Using project management principles to manage enterprise-level communications projects or campaigns.
Applies design and audience engagement leading practices to create and iteratively improve communications campaigns.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-12 position.
