As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the manager's individual performance, and available funding.Serves as Deputy Director of the National Complaint and Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Services in the FAA Office of Civil Rights (ACR).
Duties
Individual is the recognized subject matter expert and consultant on Civil Rights (CR) and Equal Opportunity (EO), assuring full implementation of core EO regulations, principles, functions and procedures. Has responsibility for applying the civil rights and equal opportunity laws, regulations and precedent decisions to eliminate illegal discrimination and to remove barriers to equal opportunity for internal FAA programs and services.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
