You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Supply Department (Code 500) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Duties
You will plan, coordinate, and provide guidance and support to supervisors based on facts obtained through analytical studies, investigation, and technical evaluations.
You will conduct studies of the Supply Departments programs and process and provide recommendations for improvement.
You will analyze data pertaining to workload, manpower, material data, and budgets to identify discrepancies and recommend improvement.
You will develop measurement models for the continuous assessment of productivity, processes, and trends.
You will You will study work requirements by setting deadlines, sequence of operations and standards of quality and quantity and work methods.
You will utilize Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) to write reports, draft briefings, and create charts or graphs for written and/or oral presentations.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
FOR THE GS-12 POSITION: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of supply program operations (e.g., supply processes, work methods, supply data management, or day-to-day operational processes) in meeting established goals and objectives and developing metrics for the measurement and improvement of organizational performance.
FOR THE GS-11 POSITION: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of supply processes and work methods in meeting established goals and objectives and to provide input for developing metrics for the measurement and improvement of organizational performance.

Education
FOR THE GS-11 POSITION: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience.
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a doctoral degree
OR
Possession of an LL.M. that is related to this position being filled.
