You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the Office of the Judge Advocate General.
Duties
You will exercise responsibility for continued operation of administrative functions, while
service as the central point of contact on all programmatic matters for Leadership.
You will conduct complex and comprehensive studies; develops objectives, plan of action
and milestones; monitors accomplishments through completion of study.
You will provide technical and managerial direction, advice, and support on administrative processes to include management of operations, organizational structure development, resources, military programs, and official correspondence.
You will provide guidance and oversight to subordinate commands in archiving electronic records.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
Planning and managing a comprehensive administrative support program that includes the spectrum of administrative support services, e.g., administration, personnel, space management, purchasing, information technology management, internal controls, mail, records management, communication services and supplies in support of organization;
Developing and reviewing programs, policies, and procedures, and changes to existing programs, policies, and procedures;
Analyzing issues received by management and identifying and providing solutions to financial, personnel, and materials needs and challenges;
Providing oversight of records retention and disposition program.
