You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will supervise a disparate group of projects requiring formal and informal leadership abilities across the division.
You will develop engagement strategies to support the desired policy outcomes of the Learning to Action Drive Team and Learning to Action Board.
You will utilize a mastery of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve complex management processes.
You will supervise daily activities to ensure task completion, set performance expectations., and supervise or support cross echelon efforts.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a mastery of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve complex management processes. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1 ) Identify gaps in recommendations and assess the impact on operations; 2) Develop engagement strategies to support the desired policy outcomes of the Learning to Action Drive Team and Learning to Action Board; 3) Supervise a disparate group of projects requiring formal and informal leadership abilities across the division; and 4) Supervise daily activities to ensure task completion, set performance expectations, and supervise or support cross echelon efforts.
