Duties
Develops and presents issues to meet management needs
Recommends workable solutions and management actions that are based on sound management principles and are achievable in relation to agency an bureau policy and regulations.
Establishes relationships with outside interests/resources to identify and develop partnerships and/or alternative funding opportunities.
Analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems.
Perform surveys to determine compliance with regulations, procedures, and sound management practices.
Requirements

Qualifications

You must possess one (1) full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 level that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience evaluating methods to analyze and evaluate program operations or administrative support functions with factual problems or situations. Experience making recommendations to resolve issues in accordance with established guidelines. Experience working with various databases, systems, information processes, spreadsheets, and software.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade requirement in accordance with 5 CFR 300.604.
