About the Position: This Program Manager is located at U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range, Mission Support Directorate with duty location of Whites Sands Missile Range, Dona Ana, New Mexico
ATEC U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range uses salary control points within the salary range to allow for differentiation in the level of positions within the same broadband. Therefore, the salary for this position will be set no higher than $186,854 (with locality).
Duties
Serve as the Headquarters White Sands Missile Range, G4 Director Engineering/Logistics, performing supervisory oversight such as Facilities Engineering, and Logistics programs to ensure mission readiness.
Perform management tasks for defined functional areas/facilities.
Execute the Commands’ Logistics Management Program to include areas such as supply, equipment, maintenance, transportation, and ammunition management.
Establish goals in coordination with subordinate supervisors to monitor their attainment
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- This position requires overnight travel away from the normal duty station for business purposes up to 25% of the time.
- This position is mission essential for Continuity of Government Operations (COOP), in case of adverse weather or other emergencies.
- This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
- This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
