This position is part of the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The incumbent will be responsible for the management and supervision of branch personnel and resources.
Duties
As a SUPERVISORY CONTENT & COLLABORATION SPECIALIST at the GS-0301-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Responsible for the management and supervision of the Content & Collaboration Branch's personnel and resources.
Senior Content Management Analyst to Joint Staff and combatant commands; responsible for Enterprise Content Management; recommends changes/additions to JS and CCMD content management configurations.
Develops comprehensive content management and information governance policies in collaboration with Joint Staff directorates that are aligned with best practices in both the public and private sector.
Develops long-range strategic goals and resource projections in area of responsibility to include budget preparation and performance monitoring using metrics; develops SOW, functional requirements, and contract oversight.
Participates in external RM evaluations and studies as needed; represents the Joint Staff ECM requirements with NARA, OMB, GAO and other oversight agencies that promulgate regulations and policy guidance.
Provides leadership, expert assistance and authoritative advice on interpretation of policy in content management and information governance.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the 13 grade level in the Federal service:
Develop comprehensive content management and information governance policies.
Advise about content management requirements for IT procurements, transformation and system sustainment.
Provide leadership, expert assistance and authoritative advice on interpretation of policy in content management and information governance.
Brief combatant commands, Office of Secretary of Defense, Federal Bureau of Investigations and other agencies on Joint Staff content management procedures.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
