You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT(Code300) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
SALARY RANGES
GS-09: $62,517 - $81,272
GS-11: $75,640 - $98,330
Duties
You will conduct studies related to project performance, work processes to provide recommendations on workload and manpower projections.
You will work closely with project managers on the requirements to meet the execution schedule and monthly Workload and Resource Report (WARR) inputs.
You will be the WARR subject matter expert and responsible for developing long-range and short-range workload and manpower projections.
You will be given special projects or other adhoc assignments such as assessing the financial “health” of a project and/or production shop supporting projects.
You will perform precise data collection, recognize weaknesses in work/shop processes, and provide reports for managers to formulate/recommend solutions.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
FOR GS-11:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing analytical or evaluative methods and techniques to determine requirements and recommended improvements for and efficient use of manpower and material resources on submarine and surface ship availabilities projects.
FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in performing analytical or evaluative methods and techniques to determine requirements for and efficient use of manpower and material resources on projects.
