This position is part of the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy - Headquarters, Department of Energy. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will be responsible for advising on a wide variety of operational and cross-functional issues, policies, and procedures; recommending priorities and resource allocations; supporting and in some cases directly producing related work products; and supervising staff in the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Operations office.

- You are required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08).
- This is a temporary promotion/detail not to exceed one year. This temporary appointment may be extended up to a total of four (4) years. This appointment can be made permanent without further competition
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-14 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:
Experience planning, directing, and evaluating the work activities and performance of subordinates.
Experience communicating to other leaders and staff the vision, mission, values, strategy, and rationale; assignments, projects, problems to be solved, program issues under review, actionable events, milestones, deadlines, and time frames.
Experience demonstrating strong verbal and written ability, as well as developing partnerships and coalitions to collaborate and provide solutions
