Qualifications
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-13 level, you need to have at least one year of full time experience equivalent to the GS-12 level defined as developing and applying analytical approaches to carry out studies and projects to evaluate program performance and efficiency.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
Ability to assist and advise in the development and review of instructional materials to be used in training.
Ability to oversee the development of internal marketing materials.
Skill in oral communication.
Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
Ability to utilize tools to identify program deficiencies.
Skill in written communication.
Ability to brief and advise higher-level management.
Ability to appropriate and apply financial resources.
Knowledge of EPA and Government Contract processes.
