The positions are located in the Office of Nuclear Material Safety & Safeguards (NMSS) and the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR).
The supervisors are Monique Williams (NMSS) and Kimberly Jones (NRR).
This positions are Non Bargaining Unit.
The positions ARE subject to Confidential Financial Disclosure reporting requirements.
The positions ARE NOT subject to security ownership restriction reporting requirements;
Duties
The successful candidate will perform the full range of Sr. Management/Program Analyst duties.Such duties include but are not limited to:

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (GG-13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
1.Demonstrated ability to provide oversight to effectively manage human resources.
(Examples: Describe specific experience, developing and coordinating analytical activities in support of human resources, strategic and specialized plans, and sensitive assignments involving staffing, organizational changes, position management, employee recognition, office communications and hiring strategies which have major impacts throughout the office. Provides strategic guidance to the development and maintenance of office staffing plans, recruitment strategies, vacancy status, and office Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) strategies. Monitors office progress against these strategies, plans, and goals, and recommends corrective actions, as necessary, to meet agency expectations in these matters. Incumbent responsible for interpreting and developing human resources policy and interprets agency policy for consistent operational support.)
2. Demonstrated skill in communicating and presenting complex information in a clear concise and logical manner, both orally and in writing.
(Examples include specific experience, training, and accomplishments which demonstrate communication skills and your ability to: use formal and informal networks to build support for programs; make presentations to senior and executive management; lead complex technical discussions and consolidate complex and diverse opinions into concise, balanced, and well-founded recommendations; and establish effective work relationships with subordinates, supervisors, management, peers, and/or government and industry officials to foster solutions to problems and issues. Examples may also include how you have established appropriate lead times to allow input from management and others to ensure that comments are resolved in a collaborative and constructive manner.)
3. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial and budget data.
(Examples may include development of spreadsheets and/or reports to reflect budget trends to facilitate management decision-making.)
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as experience which demonstrates knowledge of the theories, practices, and principles in the fields related to program management and analysis; resource forecasting and allocation; and demonstrates the skill to communicate administrative or policy focused information.
