Duties
Serve as a senior team member or team lead responsible for the processing of Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) registrations, customer service, data quality and CAGE application and system sustainment and capability enhancements.
Develops data strategies, performs impact analysis and develops master data requirements and data integrity solutions to meet functional and operational requirements of the CAGE program and mission.
Serves as senior analyst and advisor for data systems, projects, initiatives and programs that require centralized oversight as it relates to processing CAGE code registrations.
Responsible to support, advise and inform the management of technology, systems, and processes that promote the sharing of data with relevant external business partners and stakeholders.
May be assigned duties as a principal analyst responsible for ensuring the analytical team collects data to understand the specific CAGE code registration requirements of individual procedures and processes.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Program Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Develops data strategies, performs impact analysis and develops master data requirements and data integrity solutions to meet functional and operational requirements.
Develops tests prior to implementing modifications of on- line systems and applications.
Advises on the impacts, risks and risk mitigation of software development decision, plans, designs and specifications
Plans, directs, and coordinates new data initiates, projects and programs ensuring priorities are established and milestone schedules are coordinates and published.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
