Duties
Serves as the Program Support Manager within the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Program Management Office (PMO), Program Executive Office (PEO), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
DAI reports to the DLA PEO to develop, deliver, and sustain financial management system solutions for the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense, Comptroller (OUSD(C))...
(cont.) and other DoD enterprises. The OUSD(C) serves as the DAI Functional Sponsor (FS).
Manages and coordinates program support functions for all life-cycle aspects of program management from design, development, systems engineering, integration...
(cont.) testing, configuration management, implementation, risk management, quality assurance, and operational fielding.
Manages and coordinates all program Acquisitions support functions including program metrics and records management in conjunction with the government lead.
Manages and coordinates all program audit support functions in conjunction with the government lead.
Manages and coordinates all business office support functions including financial management, cost management, and schedule management in conjunction with the government lead.
Manages and coordinates all program contracts functions in conjunction with the government lead.
Manages and coordinates all program protection support functions including cybersecurity and risk management in conjunction with the government lead.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Tour of Duty: Set Schedule, the incumbent is required to have a 5-Day workweek, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Program Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Leads/manages all life-cycle aspects of program management starting from operational requirements document and mission needs statement; through the various milestone reviews, phases and associated products; contract award; technical reviews; research, test and evaluation; procurement, deliveries, operations and maintenance; technology insertion; life cycle management and program termination.
Communicates/coordinates with executive stakeholders.
Manages all phases of project planning, analysis, formulation, justification, presentation, execution, and review of the multiyear budget and program for the development, procurement, and modification of the assigned project.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
