This position is responsible for managing program management and administrative functions. You will conduct analyses of regulatory requirements and program operations, develop agency level financial policies, coordinate financial management activities, support improvement projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.
To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience designing, developing, and/or managing financial policy guidance and frameworks. This experience may include the ability to review, provide feedback, and facilitate the approval process for high-priority financial policies.
Experience in implementing standardized communication processes and developing communication plans and protocols.
Experience in overseeing financial management initiatives and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to drive organizational goals and policy implementation.
