About the Position: The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) develops and delivers responsive aviation, missile and calibration materiel readiness to the U.S. Army. The position is located within US Army Aviation and Missile Command, AVIATION Directorate UTILITY/APACHE, multiple vacancies maybe filled using this announcement.
Duties
Aviation Provisioning of items with an understanding of cradle to grave lifecycle logistics requirements.
Working with Project Management Offices introducing new items into the Army system, developing Provisioning Bill of Materials and Repair Bill of Materials
Working with Original Equipment Manufacturers and participating in technical equipment validations and verifications.
Review and input of technical data to include Engineering Change Proposals, Modification Work Orders and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements. Development of Supply Catalogs in the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) database.
Leads the team in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks among employees.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance for the duration of employment.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position which requires Advance Level III Acquisition certification in the acquisition career field of Life Cycle Logistics within 48 months upon entering into this position.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 15% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience in total life-cycle process, supply management, and maintenance management concepts, theories, principles and practices, and their interrelationship for the effective planning, development, implementation and management of item/system provisioning programs. Advising on the acquisition of technical logistics for total weapon systems or subsystems ensuring that provisioning and related technical data requirements are addressed. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
