About the Position: The incumbent serves as a Management and Program Analyst responsible for helping plan and integrate the Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Human Resources (HR) programs. Supports an integration planning program that provides a central focus for the management of all facets of IMCOM's HR programs.
Duties
Acts as HR POC with external directorates, offices and agencies and provides up to date and timely information to HR Service Owners and HR Director.
Provides consolidated input to RM for inclusion into overall IMCOM funding guidance and manning document.
Helps maintain directorate manning document, and projects travel and annual budget.
Requirements

- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

Specialized Experience: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes: Evaluating issues, deficiencies, and making recommendations on corrections and long-term improvement of HR systems and knowledge management/automation tools. Evaluating the content of OPM, Army and DoD guidance material and determining the impact upon HR programs and resources. Coordinating with divisions for changes impacting workforce shaping initiatives, workforce development program requirements and employee engagement programs.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
