Duties

As an Supervisory IT Specialist (System Analysis), you will perform the following duties: Serves as point of contact and leads new IT program initiatives on new and efficient technologies that support existing systems, operations, and maintenance related to organizational components to enhance and support IT efficiency across the entire Agency. Leads in the design, development, documentation, analysis, creation of IT systems, based on and related to customer requirement and system design specifications. Oversees and guides function teams to support department operation. Utilizes resources from inside team, other organizations, and vendors to design, and integrate IT-based systems. Consults with customers to determine and identify hardware, software, and system functional specifications. Ensures system security compliance with the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA). Manages project plan tasks and deliver complete projects and or services, on schedule and within budget in support of the OCIO infrastructure. Follows and enforces change management policy to ensure smooth IT operation.
