This position is located in Field Operations Directorate, Office of Field Operations, Investor Program Office (IPO), Strategic Learning Branch (SLB).
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will coordinate and manage the professional development program of IPO employees, through the evaluation, creation, and administration of new and established workplace training initiatives.
Duties
Develop, analyze and implement training products that meet the program needs of the Immigrant Investor Program Office.
Provide administrative and technical assistance to dynamic projects and reviews designed to analyze anticipated problems.
Deliver training courses to IPO personnel and oversee the implementation of training technology and learning support systems.
Ensure consistency in the development and delivery of learning services.
Justify determinations based on incomplete and inexact information or guidelines utilizing a variety of complex, analytical, and evaluative methods to determine the effectiveness of programs.
Coordinates compliance with mandatory training requirements and maintain records of compliance.
Qualifications
The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/10/2024.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/10/2024.
GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
Coordinate and carry out major training initiatives and objectives;
Assist in developing and implementing guidelines and standards for use in designing instructional programs, employee development plans, and organizational development;
Analyze major aspects of mission-oriented training programs, by identifying deficiencies and recommending solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
