This position is located in the Department of Technology Services (DTS), Technology Solutions Office (TSO). The incumbent possesses the technology knowledge and skills to ensure the delivery of business value-added solutions to the judiciary and assist the judiciary with the adoption of these emerging technologies.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience in ALL of the following: AI/ML, with a proven track record of leading successful AI projects; Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), programming languages (e.g., Python, R), and data analysis tools; and Experience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and/or with on-prem solutions (e.g. Llama3, Falcon, etc.). Desired, but not required: Applicants with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is highly desirable.
