Qualifications

Qualifications BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience. 5 years of relevant experience.CCNA PreferredA strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and technologies, including LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, and switching. Proficiency in identifying and resolving network issues, including the ability to analyze logs, trace routes, and diagnose connectivity problems. Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools such as, Wireshark, NetMRI, AKIPS , OPS Manager or similar software. Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other IT teams, vendors, and customers. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to quickly assess complex network issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement solutions efficiently.
