About the Position: Position is located in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Operations and Information (DASA-FOI), a Directorate of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller OASA(FM&C). Duties
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to integrate change management activities into RMW project planning and execution.
Develop and implement change management strategies that minimize RMW stakeholder resistance and maximize engagement.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key RMW stakeholders to support the transition to new capabilities.
Create and deliver targeted communications to build awareness, understanding, and support for new RMW capabilities among all levels of the organization.
Manage RMW Army Command Stakeholder Management and Communications ensuring that the Army field is notified timely of upcoming important events and milestones.
Measure and monitor the progress of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to ensure continuous improvement to the RMW Program.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position may require temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 10% of the time.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Assisting with managing portfolio of Financial Management Systems and capabilities such as developing portfolio roadmaps to support strategic priorities and developing capability and product release plans; conducting continuous process improvement analysis to streamline agency financial processes.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
