You will serve as a MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT in the PRODUCTION DIVISION of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will use automated maintenance system (e.g., MAXIMO or similar system) to monitor maintenance transactions.
You will establish maintenance schedules to meet maintenance production and quality standards
You will contact and talk with staff from multiple outside departments to coordinate facilities maintenance actions.
You will deliver briefs or hold meetings to provide a flow of information regarding schedules, cost, and material issues.
You will analyze facility and equipment requirements to meet customer and command needs.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following; 1)Preforming maintenance and repair work on buildings, exterior and interior structures and related utilities, facilities and components; 2) Planning, layout and complete the installation, modification and repair of systems; 3) Interpreting building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering, drawings, and maintenance and repair manuals to plan and lay out the work and skill to use trade formulas to calculate common properties; and 4) Utilizing safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
