Duties
Performs a full range of pre-award procurement actions that are well defined, and well- documented.
Completes pre-award procurement actions that are complex in nature.
Assist in reviewing requirement packages, clarifies any discrepancies with the customer, creates solicitations and award documentation, tracks invoices and payments, and closes out contract files.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Obtain and Maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Drug Testing Position.
- Requires 5% TDY travel.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics Workforce position. The employee must meet DoDI 5000.66 requirements applicable to the duties of the position. Level 1 certification.

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 OR NK-II grade level (or higher) in the Federal service which includes experience applying purchasing methods, principles, regulations and procedures needed to complete required documents and evaluation of quotes and proposals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07) NKII.
