Duties

Performs a full range of pre-award procurement actions that are well defined, and well- documented. Completes pre-award procurement actions that are complex in nature. Assist in reviewing requirement packages, clarifies any discrepancies with the customer, creates solicitations and award documentation, tracks invoices and payments, and closes out contract files.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Obtain and Maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Drug Testing Position.
  • Requires 5% TDY travel.
  • This is an Army Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics Workforce position. The employee must meet DoDI 5000.66 requirements applicable to the duties of the position. Level 1 certification.
