You will serve as a Administrative Support Specialist in the Programming and Resources Division of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will purchase a variety of commercial supplies and services by placing delivery orders.
You will serve as the assistant facilities manager, ordering and managing office furniture and equipment, scheduling and supervising office repairs, maintenance and cleaning.
You will provides a wide variety of secretarial, administrative, and related support to the staff including maintaining conference room calendars, performing security clearance administration duties, and supporting the manager.
You will verify that the correct item is being purchased, the estimated cost, and the use of the correct source.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to government purchase cards, sufficient to manage the purchase of office supplies and services, properly document purchases, and maintain sufficient supply levels within budgetary constraints. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Utilize a purchase card to purchase a variety of commercial supplies and services by placing delivery orders; 2) Serve as the assistant facilities manager, scheduling and supervising office repairs, maintenance and cleaning; and 3) Provide a wide variety of secretarial, administrative, and related support to the staff including maintaining conference room calendars.
