Duties
You will receive reservations requests by phone, in person and by mail.
You will operate the switchboard to rooms and suites to include wake up service, call transferring, voice mail assistance, and maintenance help.
You will receive and be accountable for the revolving change fund.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.

- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience in the Federal Service or equivalent in public or private sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the Desk Clerk.

Education
In lieu of general experience, the following education may be substituted to meet the minimum qualifications requirement:
Two years above high school
OR
A combination of experience and education, which when combined, is equivalent to 100% of the requirement
