Qualifications
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-12 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level defined as conducting projects and/or studies to evaluate environmental program performance and efficiency; preparing and analyzing reports.
To qualify for the GS-13 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level defined as conducting projects and/or studies to evaluate environmental program performance and efficiency; preparing and analyzing reports; and communicating recommendations on program activities and/or metrics.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of administrative policies.
Ability to analyze programmatic operations sufficient to develop recommendations for improvement.
Knowledge of agency and federal hiring policies, procedures and guidelines.
Skill in strategic management.
Skill in program management.

Skill in oral communication.
