You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of PERS WASHINGTON.

Duties

You will conduct assessments and of positions aligned to DAFA, prepare high-level briefs, point papers, spreadsheets, data analysis, and Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS) changes. You will serve as the Program Manager and manpower management analyst for DAFA, FSA, SRB, ONR, Flagship education institutions, and NETC. You will be responsible for coordinating with manpower divisions to advise on policies and procedures related to manpower utilization. You will review manpower change requests for compliance with manpower and personnel policies. You will ensure a balance between programmed resources and manpower authorizations by reconciling manpower accounting imbalances and/or providing recommendations for appropriate actions. You will brief leadership and provide updates, as necessary. You will act as subject matter expert and liaison with outside organizations to support military and civilian personnel in managing manpower packages and publications. You will operate a variety of information resource management systems to extract, input or change data within the military billet files. You will draft correspondence, presentations, briefs, and point papers on DAFA, FSA, SRB, ONR, Flagship education institutions, and NETC matters. You will represent the Navy in DAFA hosted working groups, meetings, conferences, and seminar.

Requirements

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
