About the Position: This position is located in the Installation Readiness Division, Military Programs Directorate, at Headquarters, US Army Corps of Engineers. The duty location is 441 G St NW, Washington, D.C. This position will be filled on a permanent basis.
Duties
Utilize expert knowledge of automated financial management systems to analyze programs, data, and execute resources.
Manage internal Division resources such as manpower, government purchase card billing, and training/travel accounts.
Devise analysis methods and systems that evaluate effectiveness of program operations.
Serve as technical staff advisor on all matters related to installation readiness programs.
Act as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to ensure services/activities are in compliance with requirements.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the General Schedule (GS) 12 pay grade Level. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled such as: 1) operating automated financial management systems to execute resource utilizations; 2) conducting analyses that measure effectiveness and efficiency of a variety of programs; 3) providing staff reports and leadership briefings to recommend substantive program changes based on analyses findings; AND 4) applying resource management and control techniques to support the management of a broad scope of division resources such as manpower, training/travel accounts, and financial purchase transactions.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
