Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Management Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Analyzing and evaluating the management practices, methods, and administrative operations of internal organizations and their complex functions and formulating courses of action for resolving them by applying qualitative and quantitative methods and organizational design effectiveness and efficiency. Providing expert analysis and evaluation of work processes and policies, management practices and work operations taking into full consideration complex legislative, programmatic and management issues and problems. Conducting data gathering using techniques such as quantitative analysis, surveys, interviews, and research to justify proposals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Develops implementation plans with milestones, timetables, audit trails, and evaluation procedures. Formulates and recommends additional policies and procedures or modifications to existing guidance to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial operations. Compiles data and prepares complex administrative and management reports. Documenting experience: IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
