You will serve as a LEAD PROGRAM ANALYST in the BUSINESS & FINANCIAL DIVISION within the UNDERSEA WEAPONS DEPARTMENT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
Duties
You will work in all of the phases or systems of financial and program management, budgeting, workload planning, and audit readiness.
You will plan and execute analysis and functions such as: accrual management, carryover management, overhead and service cost center execution and expenditure.
You will be responsible for development, determination, and interpretation of cost accounting policies and practices.
You will analyze and recommend cost and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations.
You will You will lead teams in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees.
You will train or arrange for the training of team members in methods and techniques of team building and working in teams to accomplish tasks or projects.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating financial data and policies to manage and advise on technical changes or deviations in support of business operations.
