You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, CODE N3 of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.
Duties
You will coordinate the development of organizational performance measurement tools (e.g., metrics, analysis systems) to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory procedures.
You will analyze costs, schedules, and performance to develop a baseline for managing programs throughout their life-cycle.
You will operate software systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Project, SharePoint) to prepare reports.
You will organize, direct, and evaluate the performance of multiple layers of human capital programs.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interfacing with service training and education organizations to develop, integrate and deliver training requirements; 2) Support Information Forces and meet professional development goals by developing, analyzing, evaluating, and advising on or enhancing the effectiveness of organizational structures; 3) Reviewing of and inputting unit manning documents and table of organization change requests.
