You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the OFFICE CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER of DONCHIEFINFORMO WASHINGTON DC.
Duties
You will serve as a subject matter expert for Defense Business System (DBS) technologies and architectures.
You will manage, implement, oversee and work to coordinate transformation, efficiency and business operations to maximize savings, cost and return on investments.
You will assist in the development of program compliance.
You will conduct systems and/or program analysis to include financial business processes, governance, and requirements.
You will assist with the development and acquisition of new systems and business capability requirements documents.
You will be responsible for assisting with assessing, developing, coordinating, and making recommendations on business practices across the organization with a focus on improving processes and products within the Business Mission Area (BMA).
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience planning and analyzing business programs and processes;
Experience developing and applying business policies and practices; AND
Experience identifying and implementing business process improvements (i.e. cost, budget, business management efficiency).
