The position is located in the Office of Civil Rights (ACR). The incumbent serves as an Equal Opportunity Specialist on the Civil Rights Staff, and is responsible for administering and implementing internal programs to ensure Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations and objectives are met.

General experience could have been gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative, or other responsible work. Experience in substantive and relevant secretarial, clerical, or other responsible area may be qualifying as long as it provided evidence of the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) necessary to perform the duties of this position.OR
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor’s degree, gained from an accredited college or university. To qualify based on education, you must submit a copy of your college transcripts. If selected, official transcripts will be required prior to employment.To qualify for this position at the FV-G level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5-9.
