You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Frigate Program Office of PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS.
Duties
You will plan, coordinate, and evaluate the product support actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program.
You will manage the package of support functions required to field and maintain the readiness and operational capability of major weapon systems, subsystems, and components.
You will utilize predictive analysis and modeling tools to define and improve product support.
You will integrate functions of design to cost, Product Support analyses, maintenance planning, provisioning, sustainment, modernization, and readiness to meet operational availability thresholds.
You will resolve complex product support problems by developing, initiating and overseeing the implementation of unique corrective actions, new programs, major program enhancements and policy changes.
You will conduct in depth cost benefit analyses, business case analysis, trade-off studies, and analysis of alternatives performed prior to each change in the product support strategy.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (GS-11 grade level equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating logistical requirements for the development and implementation of product support strategies to ensure operational capability for ship or submarine combat systems.
