Duties
Serve as Chief of the Civil Works Integration Division (CWID) and Community of Practice (CoP) leader for Civil Works Integration, within the Programs Directorate, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (LRD).
Manage the technical and administrative functions of the Division and supervises a staff of program managers and support personnel.
Make major decisions with reference to the development of the ten-year investment program and multi-year program and financial plans.
Develop and recommend division policy and criteria to govern the development of the fiscal year and long-range programs, and budget estimates for the District Offices.
Review interim and final results for consistency with policy and regulations including decisions of the Division Civil Works Issue Review Board (IRB).

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service which includes initiating required action in Civil Works program planning, scheduling, and budgeting; evaluating programs in relation to established policy, current accomplishments, trends, and changing board objectives; and develop and recommend policy and criteria to govern the development of the fiscal year and long-range programs, and budget estimates

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
