About the Position: Serve a Program Manager (Business Management Division, Chief) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engneers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH.

Duties

Serve as Chief, Business Management Division, reporting directly to the Director, Regional Business Directorate. Plan, organize, and direct the operations of the Business Management Office. Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans in support of the Programs and Project Management Business Process. Manage regional governance, planning, outreach, quality assurance programs, and other business-related functions. Conduct broad research and analysis into strategic initiatives to explore alternatives and concepts for developing recommended changes to the Division's strategic direction. Provide the full breadth of technical and administrative supervision.
