Qualifications
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as providing organizational, human capital and programmatic advice; facilitating administrative and procedural change; initiating and communicating program analysis; and building cross-organizational communication relationships.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of human resources policies and processes.
Skill in program management.
Ability to provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders.
Skill in oral communication.
Skill in developing recommendations to increase program efficiency.
Ability to evaluate program performance results.
Skill in written communication sufficient to develop reports summarizing findings and/or making recommendations to senior management.
