Duties
This position is located
in the Office of the Assistant Chief of Police, Standards and Training Operations, Training Services Bureau. The primary purpose of this position is to
provide a variety of administrative support services.
Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below.For the CP-7 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of
specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-6/GS-8 level which is in
or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which
has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities
to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized
experience is defined as experience which includes:(1) Knowledge and understanding of budget principles and processes, including procedural requirements to develop
annual budgets, request funding reallocation, and provide explanation
for impacts on other budgetary priorities.(2) In-depth knowledge of procedures and techniques pertaining to the Workbrain
system to enter, modify, retrieve, and delete time and attendance data/information.(3) Skill in using specialized systems, such as Workbrain and Momentum as well
as other information systems, software,
